Post-processing can remove machining burrs, improve surface finish, and enhance corrosion and wear resistance, while also meeting aesthetic requirements. Proper post-processing ensures that parts comply with technical specifications, industry standards, and the demands of their intended operating environment.

For metal parts, we offer a range of processes including deburring, grinding, brushing, polishing, powder coating, blackening, heat treatment, passivation, anodizing (including hard anodizing), screen printing, water transfer printing, laser engraving, electroplating, and welding. These processes can be flexibly selected based on functional or decorative requirements.

Plastic parts can be sanded, polished, brushed, screen-printed, spray-painted (matte or glossy), water-transfer printed, laser-engraved, electroplated, etched, treated for full transparency, and heat-transferred, among other processes, to achieve high-gloss, textured, colored, or functional coating effects.

Certain processes (such as powder coating, electroplating, and oil spraying) may add a slight thickness; this can typically be accounted for by allowing for tolerances during the design phase. Operations such as deburring and polishing have minimal impact on critical dimensions. We will evaluate and control dimensional changes prior to post-processing to ensure compliance with drawing specifications.

Standard post-processing (such as deburring, simple powder coating, or oxidation) typically takes 1–3 business days; complex processes (such as electroplating, water transfer printing, or multi-color screen printing) may take 5–7 business days. The exact timeframe depends on the number of parts, the combination of processes, and the current production schedule.
