Injection moulding is the ideal process for the mass production of plastic parts, and is particularly well-suited to orders of tens of thousands of units or more. For small to medium-sized production runs, we can also reduce costs by using simple moulds or shared mould base solutions; however, injection moulding is generally most cost-effective during the mass production phase.

We offer standard injection moulding, overmoulding, insert moulding, gas-assisted injection moulding and micro-injection moulding, enabling us to meet complex production requirements such as parts with metal inserts, multi-material combinations, thin-walled components or ultra-small precision parts.

We support a wide range of engineering plastics, including PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, nylon (PA), POM, PEEK, PPS, TPE, silicone rubber, epoxy resin and phenolic resin, among others. Materials can be selected based on mechanical properties, temperature resistance, flame retardancy or aesthetic requirements.

The dimensional accuracy of injection moulding depends on the material shrinkage rate and mould design; typical tolerances are ±0.05 mm, whilst precision moulds combined with process optimisation can achieve tolerances of ±0.02 mm. For critical assembly dimensions, accuracy can be further improved through subsequent CNC machining.

Simple moulds take approximately 3–4 weeks to produce, whilst complex moulds (such as multi-cavity or slider-type designs) require 5–8 weeks. If you need to validate your product design quickly, we can provide prototype samples produced via 3D printing or vacuum casting; once approved, we can then proceed with the production mould, thereby reducing risk.
